Substitution Policy
  For a variety of reasons, we will occasionally run out of a specific product.  In the event we are out of a product, we will replace it with a product that is of equal or greater value.  During the summer months, chocolates are subject to melting in the warmer temperatures and are substituted with other sweet products.
Returns and Refunds
  Giftworks makes every effort to insure a gift recipient receives a beautifully presented product of the highest quality.  However, due to circumstances beyond our control, there are rare occasions that a gift arrives in unacceptable condition.  If a gift recipient receives a product that has been damaged in shipping, please do not hesitate to contact Customer Service (845) 534-0506 to request a refund or reshipment.
